Welcome to Okonomiyaki MORI
Serving Hiroshima okonomiyaki on Jizo-dori for 69 years.
MORI serves "old school" Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki: a thin crepe, a mountain of cabbage, pork belly, noodles and a soft-cooked egg, layered and grilled on the teppan and finished with plenty of sauce. Udon noodles are the house favourite; soba is the classic.
